The catering manager is responsible for the overall operation of the catering

facility and promotes and executes social events, meetings and private

banquets. This involves not only running the catering facility during an

event, but also handling all the preparation before the event and after.

Monitoring the quality of the food and service and making sure that the Staff

performs well. The most important part of the job is achieving good quality

and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. The

work schedule will include some weeknights and weekends. All booked

events will be shared with the Event Manager for scheduling at least two

weeks prior to the events.
