Greco Wedding
Katherine and Matt, like many of our clients, are foodies. They wanted us to develop a menu for their wedding reception based on dishes from some of their favorite Philly restaurants. With flavor influences from the Southwest as well as Asian Fusion, the couple and their guests enjoyed a variety of distinctive dishes served at one of our favorite wedding venues – Curtis Arboretum in Wyncote, PA.

Mica and Tim’s menu ideas for their wedding reception were a perfect match for our emphasis on fresh and local foods. Guests at their winter wedding dined on lamb stew made with lamb from Mica’s Lancaster family farm, as well as jams, chutneys, and spiced peaches made by Mica’s mom, using fruits from their farm. Warm spiced cider with cinnamon sticks and a beautiful snowy landscape were added touches to this lovely winter wedding.
