Joshua’s caters (no pun intended) to couples who want the food at their wedding reception to be on equal footing with the venue, music, florals, and photography... or maybe even the main focus. Many of our clients are “foodies” who may have eclectic food tastes, be a vegetarian or vegan, or may prefer more traditional food fare, but all have in common a passion for delicious food!
As a boutique caterer, we work with you to create a truly distinctive, memorable wedding menu. We send our “A” team to every wedding, and therefore book one wedding per weekend. Our wedding planner coordinates details with your florist, photographer, DJ or band and other wedding partners to ensure we work together seamlessly.
Come to our Catering Commissary for a tasting to sample dishes. Prefer a different sauce or dressing? Too spicy? Not spicy enough? We review each offering for our tasting guests to come up with a final menu. Preview sample linens, china, utensils, and glassware. Peruse pictures from weddings we have catered at various venues.
