Joshua’s Catering provides a range of services for entertaining – from delivering our delicious food to your home for you to set up and serve yourself, to full-service catering including bartenders, staff, music, tents, tables, chairs, flowers - and the list goes on.
The team at Joshua’s is committed to operating a catering business that not only benefits our clients, but also our community and our planet! We value natural resources and, as members of the Philadelphia Sustainable Business Network, constantly strive to find new ways to enhance our “green” practices by preparing foods using organic, natural and/or sustainably produced ingredients, and promoting menus and food selections based on availability of seasonal, local and fresh ingredients.
Besides our sustainable food practices, we also use containers that can be composted or recycled and/or that have been made from recycled materials, purchase cleaning products with low or no toxic chemicals, monitor and conserve water use, and train our staff in green practices and encourage them to identify new “green” practice opportunities.
