Event planning and coordination are an integral part of our catering services. We have wonderful partners in all areas of the events industry and can recommend venues, florists and décor consultants, photographers and videographers, lighting, valet parking, music, and rental companies, just to name a few.
If you have already selected your event vendors, we will reach out to them, introduce ourselves, and work collaboratively with them so that we have all the details and logistics properly coordinated for a smooth flow from the beginning to the end of your event.
Our pricing typically includes not only the staff, but also the “rentals” – china, glassware, utensils, linens, and serving ware. We offer a variety of contemporary and traditional tableware and a wide range of white, ivory, and colorful linens. Need help with colors, styles, layout, or flow for your event? Need help with how much liquor, wine or beer to purchase? Signature drinks? Local/seasonal cocktails? Food-wine pairings? We will discuss all of this with you as we develop your menu and catering plan.
